Job summary

Madcraft is seeking a senior digital leader to head the Digital department, owning day-to-day leadership, planning and commercial performance. You will mentor a remote team, shape client outcomes and contribute to discovery calls and solution design alongside senior leadership.

The role focuses on translating capability and strategy into profitable delivery, with involvement in the broader Search and AI Visibility proposition and managed online visibility initiatives for B2B clients.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a digital agency, consultancy or comparable client-service environment.
• Proven track record improving delivery reliability and team performance.
• Strong understanding across digital channels: search, paid media, content and measurement.
• Ability to guide specialists and shape practical solutions with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital department, setting priorities and standards across the team.
• Set capacity plans and protect specialist delivery capacity.
• Develop and mentor the team with a remote-working culture.
• Establish operating rhythms for tracking progress and decisions.
• Own delivery quality from scoping to implementation, with clear accountability.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with SEO-led implementation and reporting.
• Own recurring revenue growth, client retention, profitability and service quality.
• Collaborate with Account Director and Managers on renewals and expansions.
• Participate in senior client discussions where digital leadership adds value.
• Support discovery calls, pitches and solution design with credible proposals.
