Job summary

Reach Digital is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end, from researching ad angles to writing briefs for editors. You will collaborate with brand partners and growth/design teams to drive compelling campaigns.

You will analyze performance, stay on top of platform trends, and maintain a living strategy document. This remote role offers opportunities for growth and working with multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and bring concepts to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and give/receive feedback.
• Able to communicate learnings with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write new briefs weekly.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc tracking angles and tests next.
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes; translate into testable concepts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, diving deep into their creative and building winning ads.
