Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is seeking a fully remote Marketing Operations role to own the weekly numbers, project systems, and QA across ads, pages and emails. You will coordinate the funnel build, landing pages, email sequences and editor workflows to keep the growth engine running smoothly.

The role requires a proven ability to automate reporting, manage a ClickUp pipeline, and maintain high standards for compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or funnel-build roles, preferably in online coaching.
• Experience building ClickUp workflows and dashboards used by teams.
• Proven ability to launch pages and email sequences with GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
• Detail-oriented with track record of on-time delivery.
• Excellent English writing and coordination with freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly marketing dashboard, spend metrics and ROAS.
• Manage ClickUp pipeline, templates and intake from Slack.
• Implement QA and compliance checks for ads and emails.
• Coordinate landing pages, funnels and email automations.
• Oversee video editor coordination and brief flow.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assets and reports.
