Job summary

MyComplianceOffice seeks a senior Product Management leader to own and evolve the Core Platform that underpins its risk and compliance SaaS products. You will shape strategy, drive the platform roadmap, and ensure technical coherence across product teams, with a focus on data models, APIs, and scalable architectures.

You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Sales and CS in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' progressive product leadership for complex SaaS platforms.
• End-to-end enterprise B2B product delivery experience.
• Strong technical fluency with data models, APIs, integrations and multi-tenant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and roadmap for MCO’s Core Platform.
• Engage stakeholders across customers, sales, CS, and other product teams to gather needs and validate platform requirements.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring high performance and alignment with company strategy.
• Ensure clear, robust product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog for platform initiatives.
• Oversee cross-team delivery, architecture reviews, and alignment with regulatory and security standards.
