Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management.
Experience delivering software products and features using agile methodologies.
Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of compliance digital tools, from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet environmental and compliance objectives, driving enhancements.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, define clear processes, and secure alignment in a fast-moving environment.
Serve as system admin and champion innovative solutions across established and emerging technical architectures.
Drive structured change management, training, and onboarding to ensure teams adopt new tools.
Develop deep understanding of the business logic behind supported systems to resolve customer problems quickly.
