Job summary

Amey in Dublin, ROI, seeks a Head of Commercial to provide strategic leadership across the expanding Irish rail portfolio. The role covers support from contract award to delivery and close-out, shaping commercial capability and partnerships within Ireland.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive commercial strategies for major frameworks, and collaborate with clients and supply chains to deliver value for the business and communities across the country.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial leadership experience within rail, infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing commercial strategies across complex frameworks or major projects.
• Strong client, stakeholder and supply chain management experience.
• Experience supporting bid development, work winning and business growth.
• Professional membership such as RICS, CICES or equivalent.
• A track record of leading high-performing commercial teams and delivering successful outcomes across major infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership across Amey's growing Irish rail portfolio.
• Support major infrastructure programmes from contract award through mobilisation to delivery and close-out.
• Help establish and grow Amey's commercial capability in Ireland.
