Egis Ireland invites a senior leader to head its Rail business across Ireland. The role focuses on client relationships, business development, project and framework performance, and building a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate Irish, UK and international resources within the UK & Ireland Transportation structure, ensure safe, high‑quality delivery and strong commercial outcomes for clients.

Formación

• Significant management and leadership experience in rail or major infrastructure.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects and frameworks.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and cash collection.
• Proven ability in major bids, frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across local/UK/international resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Ireland rail activities in line with strategy.
• Coordinate Irish, UK and international resources to deliver projects.
• Manage revenue, margin, budget, forecast, and cash targets.
• Build relationships with key rail clients and authorities.
• Lead or support capture strategies for priority opportunities.
• Promote health, safety, sustainability and governance across activity.
