Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Manager (Associate Director) to provide leadership across major rail programmes in Ireland, ensuring robust commercial governance and effective risk management.

You will lead contract administration, manage budgets and forecasts, and mentor a growing commercial team while building strong client relationships.

This role offers flexible and hybrid working, progression, and the chance to contribute to Ireland's rail infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading commercial teams on large infrastructure projects, preferably rail.
• Strong understanding of NEC and GCCC frameworks and procurement models.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across rail projects through full lifecycle.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cost reports and financial controls.
• Manage contract administration, changes, claims and final accounts.
