Job summary

Iarnród Éireann is recruiting for a Portfolio Risk and Value Manager within the Commercial Function of the Capital Investments team. You will identify, quantify and manage portfolio-wide risk, ensuring investment decisions deliver real value and help shape a national rail strategy that connects communities.

You’ll operate at portfolio level, not project-by-project, challenging the status quo to maximise public value and decarbonise transport across Ireland.

Driven by the All-Island Strategic Rail Review and funded under Project Ireland 2040 and the National Development Plan, Iarnród Éireann is investing in new train carriages, track, signalling and electrification and new and upgraded stations.
