Job summary

Hibernian Recruitment partners with a well-established independent finance provider in Ireland to appoint an experienced Head of Collections. You will lead the day-to-day credit control function and manage the team to optimise cash collection while maintaining client relationships.

You'll work closely with Credit Controller and Credit Collector, developing processes, KPIs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a credit control or collections function.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Financial services, banking or asset finance experience would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Collections to join the team. Working alongside a Credit Controller and Credit Collector,you'll lead the day-to-day credit control function, ensuring effective management of customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
