Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Implementations to join the Client Activations Team in Dublin. The role combines senior project management with client-facing leadership to drive complex onboarding and conversion initiatives across the firm.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and external partners to ensure timely onboarding, strong governance, and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Several years of total work experience preferred
• Project Management Certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee project/program management of complex client onboarding initiatives
• Coordinate with internal partners and clients to convert assets and processes to BNY
• Establish program governance and track project milestones and risks
• Lead client conversion and change-improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment across Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and other teams
