Joe Duffy Kia Swords is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales department, delivering ambitious sales, profitability and customer experience objectives in line with Joe Duffy Group and Kia standards.

The successful candidate will lead the Sales Department with a strategic, commercial and hands-on approach, developing the team, maximising new and used vehicle opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive sales teams with a strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets across new and used vehicles.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Sales team to create a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Maximise Kia vehicle sales through effective processes and optimum profitability.
• Drive used vehicle performance and identify opportunities to generate revenue.
• Develop knowledge of Kia products, including electrified vehicles and finance offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ownership experience in line with standards.
• Collaborate with Aftersales to create a seamless customer journey and retention.
