Job summary

The iNUA Hotel Collection in Ireland is seeking a Head Kitchen Porter to lead a team of porters and assist the Head Chef with kitchen hygiene and HACCP.

You will ensure a clean, efficient kitchen, supervise dishwashing, restock supplies and support prep work, while staying flexible across shifts. Join a renowned hotel group offering development and opportunities within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of kitchen porters and support the Head Chef on hygiene and HACCP.

• Clean and sanitise work surfaces and equipment.
• Manage waste by taking out the trash.
• Restock food and cleaning supplies.
• Assist chefs with prep work (wash vegetables, etc.).

Managing a team of Kitchen Porters and assisting the Head Chef with Kitchen Hygiene and HACCP

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces and equipment.
• Taking out the trash.
• Restocking supplies.
• Assisting chefs with prep work (washing vegetables, etc.).
