Job summary

The iNUA Collection is seeking a Head Kitchen Porter to join our busy hotel team. You will manage a team of Kitchen Porters and assist the Head Chef with kitchen hygiene and HACCP.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen; washing dishes; cleaning surfaces; taking out the trash; restocking supplies; and supporting chefs with prep. Qualifications
