Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and back-of-house operation at our client site in Clondalkin, Dublin. The role requires driving high-quality food, exceptional team leadership and strong operational standards in a busy catering environment.

You will manage a team of 18 across kitchen and back-of-house, ensure financial performance, and deliver outstanding hospitality services while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior kitchen or Head Chef role.
• Experience leading a high-performing kitchen team.
• Strong skills in high-volume cooking and production.
• Passion for fresh, quality food and culinary innovation.
• Experience developing offers, promotions and new concepts.
