Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef.
• Strong background in food development and innovation.
• Experience in high-volume or premium food environments.
• Commercially astute with understanding of food and wage margins.
• Strong roster and people management experience.
• Creative, organised and hands-on. HACCP knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of the food offering.
• Create and develop new products, recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and safety.
• Manage staff rosters and day-to-day coverage.
