Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and back-of-house at a high-profile client site in Clondalkin. You will manage a team, deliver high-quality food, and drive innovation and operational standards in a busy catering operation.

You will oversee food costs, labour, and menus while maintaining strong customer and client relationships and ensuring consistent service excellence. This role demands leadership, commercial acumen and a passion for quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior kitchen or Head Chef role.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Excellent high-volume cooking and food production skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, including food and labour costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen and back-of-house team to deliver high-quality food in a high-volume environment.
• Develop innovative food offers, promotions and new concepts aligned with market trends.
• Maximise food and beverage sales opportunities across the site while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and client standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members with performance reviews.
