Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment represents a global facilities management leader based in Dublin, seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager to own all hard services operations on a prestigious client site. You will lead maintenance, oversee projects and coordinate specialist contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric disciplines.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Significant experience managing technical services within Facilities Management.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and maintenance planning.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hard services delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and statutory obligations.
• Coordinate contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and fabric disciplines.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance with safe, efficient delivery.
• Perform quality inspections, audits and compliance reviews to meet requirements.
• Manage reactive projects, surveys, quotations and lifecycle replacements within budget.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to standards.
