Job summary

EXADS, part of EXOGROUP, is seeking a Technical Success Manager in Ireland to bridge advanced technology and client outcomes. You will handle hands-on tech problems, investigate data discrepancies, and work with engineering to deliver fast, practical solutions.

You will help clarify complex concepts to clients and internal teams while maintaining SLAs. The role demands proactive, self-starting problem solving, strong SQL and API experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL literacy and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with APIs and how they're called and used.
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, Slack and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Own, investigate and solve technical problems independently, with minimal guidance.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, including RTB reporting and impression discrepancies.
• Be the go-to technical contact for the team and clients.
• Create and maintain internal process docs and contribute to client-facing docs with clarity.
• Support Sales by translating complex tech concepts for clients and leads, manage SLAs.
• Provide visibility on ongoing issues and establish scalable processes to boost productivity.
• Work with engineering to report bugs, ask questions and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Assist in setting up and deploying new client platforms, formats, payments, and campaigns.
• Mentor teammates and lead diagnostic client calls or video meetings to gather insights.
• Develop deep knowledge of product lines, roadmap and ad-network platform, and how to implement changes.
• Escalate to engineering with the right questions to reduce resolution time.
