Job summary

Sheridans Cheesemongers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to lead five Galway and Limerick locations, including a cheese shop, counters and a wine bar. You will drive sales, profitability and staff development on a hands-on, front-line basis.

Based in Galway City, you will travel regularly between sites, support Team Leaders and Cheesemongers, and report to the Head of Retail. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Based in Galway City or surrounding area.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Galway and Limerick.
• Hands-on leadership across Galway locations weekly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial performance of all locations across Galway and Limerick.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and KPI delivery (sales, gross margin, labour costs).
• Lead, motivate and develop Team Leaders and Cheesemongers across the region.
