Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; people management preferred.
• Strong design, GD&T, and CAE tool experience.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods.
• Ability to communicate complex technical plans and information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team in design, development, and evaluation of modules and assemblies.
• Translate user needs into design inputs and system level designs.
• Drive prototyping, testing, and issue resolution.
