Job summary

You will mentor engineers, manage project staffing and budgets, and partner with marketing to shape 5–10 year portfolio strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustained high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field.
• 6+ years applicable experience with direct people management.
• Experience in medical devices or orthopaedics is beneficial.
