Job summary

Stryker in Cork, Ireland seeks an Associate R&D Manager to lead a multifunctional engineering team to develop Orthopaedic instruments for our Orthopaedic Instruments and Mako Robotic lines. You will drive innovation, collaborate with marketing, and shape 5–10 year portfolio strategy with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field.
• 6+ years applicable experience, with direct people management experience preferred.
