Job summary

Auxilia Group Recruitment seeks an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Consultant focused on Inventory and ERP Optimisation. The role involves leading ERP updates during a critical transition, auditing inventory parameters, and resolving stock variances across manufacturing operations.

You will apply root cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and hands-on system updates to balance flow, accuracy, and cash with production teams. Strong BOM knowledge and Infor LN experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with BOM, stock accuracy, and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP configuration updates during painted parts transition.
• Audit ERP inventory parameters for post-transition alignment.
• Investigate stock variances and root causes across manufacturing operations.
• Identify root causes (e.g., transaction timing, BOM issues) and implement fixes.
• Coordinate cycle counts with production teams to investigate anomalies.
