Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain leader to direct the plant-level supply organization, optimize planning, purchasing, and logistics, and improve efficiency across operations.

The role requires extensive experience in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning, Lean manufacturing, PFEP, and supplier collaboration, with a focus on on-time delivery and cost reductions. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a technical discipline.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply organization and initiatives at the plant level to drive efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Direct Scheduling, Purchasing, and Plant Materials Management and Logistics teams.
• Drive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning and ensure master and production schedules align with business goals.
• Lead Lean material flow and inventory management to minimize inventory investment.
• Oversee PFEP strategy and implement Kanban and MRP processes in Oracle.
• Ensure purchasing policy compliance and collaboration with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Supply Chain for supplier management and cost savings initiatives.
• Act as liaison between operations and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify supply chain gaps with Enterprise Supply to meet customer demand.
• Manage direct and extended reporting structures for development and performance.
