Job summary

Combilift is seeking an ERP Administrator to join its IT team in Monaghan for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will maintain, upgrade, and tailor the Infor SyteLine ERP to support production, purchasing, sales, and finance with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with end users and management, develop ERP reports, manage data integrity, and integrate third-party systems through APIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years ERP administration experience.
• Strong C#, SQL, and VB.NET development and customization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP modules: Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Quality, MDM.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and optimize ERP system for reliability and performance.
• Install upgrades, test, and troubleshoot.
• Manage production and dev/test ERP environments.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, roles, permissions, data integrity.

ERP Developer Overview

Combilift is seeking an ERP Administrator to join its growing IT team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is critical to the ongoing development, maintenance, optimisation, and support of the company’s Infor SyteLine ERP system. The successful candidate will work closely with end users and management to ensure the ERP platform effectively supports business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and optimise the ERP system to ensure reliability and performance.
• Install upgrades, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage production and test/development ERP environments.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, user roles, permissions, and data integrity.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Develop and customise ERP reports, including Mongoose Reports.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, procedures, and system diagrams.

Key Requirements

• Essential Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ ERP administration experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with software development and system customisation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Master Data Management.
• Self-motivated, innovative, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and VB.NET, with the ability to develop, customise, troubleshoot, and support ERP-related applications, integrations, reports, and database solutions.
• Desirable Experience administering Infor SyteLine ERP.
• Knowledge of Power BI and analytical/reporting tools.
• Experience with Infor IDM, Factory Track, and Design Studio.
• Experience working with APIs for integration of third-party systems.
