Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in Wicklow, Ireland, is seeking a reservations-focused administrator to support guest services, maximise occupancy and revenue, and assist with yield management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organisation, excellent communication, and familiarity with PMS systems, with weekend hours on a rotating basis. Join a team that values service, detail, and professional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a 4-5* property preferable.
• Good organisation and administration with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with general office PC applications.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
• Weekend work on rotating basis is essential.
• Working knowledge of Hotsoft or similar PMS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and responds quickly and proactively to guest concerns.
• Ensure reservation queries are dealt with professionally within required time frame.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of department products and resort facilities.
• Maximise yield through occupancy and rate; liaise with reception on guest billing queries.
• Process no-shows daily and record resulting revenue.
• Compile and circulate the daily pickup report.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events to maximise resort revenue.
• Keep reservations backups filed and shared with relevant departments.
• Keep all departments informed about promotions and activities in the resort.
• Maximise revenue across rooms, golf, F&B, spa/leisure via efficient enquiries.
• Provide administrative support for Revenue Functions and yield management.
