Job summary

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead our F&B teams across all outlets in Wicklow, Ireland. You will oversee daily operations and drive exceptional guest service while guiding a motivated team.

Applicants should have proven F&B management experience in a 4- or 5-star setting, strong leadership skills, and excellent English. Weekend and bank holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role.
• ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Bar, Restaurant and Banqueting departments.
• Ensure guests receive warm, friendly and high-level service.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort and lead our Food & Beverage teams across all outlets.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with guests, leads their team with confidence, and has a real passion for excellent service. The candidate must be flexible and available to work weekends and bank holidays when required.

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the Bar, Restaurant and Banqueting departments
• Ensuring our guests receive a warm, friendly and high level of service
• Building good relationships with guests and encouraging them to return
• Leading, supporting and motivating the team to achieve daily goals
• Training and developing team members to help them grow
• Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and guest service
• Helping to improve our F&B offering and create memorable experiences for our guests
• Managing costs and revenue

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, ideally within a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Have strong leadership skills and be willing to take a hands-on approach
• Enjoy working with guests and supporting their team
• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays when required
