Job summary

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will oversee rostering, performance, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting, ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate availability management. Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positive attitude
• Passionate about hospitality and excellent service delivery

Responsibilities

• Management of the Reservations Department team, ensuring correct rostering of team resources to meet business needs.
• Encourage employees within the department to achieve optimum revenue and service per employee.
• Monitors departments overall service, interaction with other departments and team work daily.
• Ensure effective working relationships with corporate and leisure clients and all hotel guests.
• To be proactive in creating a sales culture through our people.
• To develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met.
• To deal with all customer queries and complaints in a timely manner in line with the hotels standards of operation.
• Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained.
• Provide team training on our standards and customer service.
