Job summary

The Address Citywest are seeking candidates to join our Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis. You will support the supervisor in serving guests while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Minimum 1 year in a restaurant or F&B customer service environment is required, with fluent English and excellent communication. You must be able to commute to the D22W580 location and contribute to upselling and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers in line with service standards.
• Take food and drink orders and fulfill requests accurately.
• Explain menus confidently and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's visit.
