Job summary

Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa in Tralee seeks a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our renowned team. You will support the restaurant, bar and banqueting operations, ensure 4* service standards, assist with mise-en-place, service delivery, and guest seating with care.

This role offers flexibility as part‑time or full‑time and midweek shifts; fluent English is essential. Experience is not essential but advantageous, and you will join a welcoming hospitality environment with meals on

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in hospitality is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 4* standards of service at all times.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
• Offer knowledge of food and beverage and hotel services.
• Maintain hygiene regulations at all times.
• Set up covers and tables for service and events.
• Take orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar and banqueting areas.
• Assist with room service and banquets as required.
• Support with inventory and staff training as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the on-duty manager.
