Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
• Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys and verify billing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and notify staff of guest needs and room status.
• Answer calls, provide information, arrange transportation, and assist guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Count and secure bank at shift start/end; process payments and vouchers.
• Notify Loss Prevention of theft reports and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance and handle confidential data.
