Job summary

Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to deliver top-notch guest service and support front desk admin tasks. The role involves check-ins/check-outs, assisting guests, and ensuring the lobby area remains welcoming and tidy.

This position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, availability for night shifts including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to work five days per week.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Must be available to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
• Completing Front Office Receptionist duties and handling check-ins & check-outs.
• Ensure nightly security checks are completed.
• Maintain the upkeep and appearance of the lobby and main hotel entrance.
• Handle room service calls quickly and efficiently.
• Promote a helpful and professional image and assist guests with care.
