Job summary

Camden Court Hotel in Dublin is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and memorable stay from arrival through departure.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hotel reception experience, familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus, and a friendly, professional manner. This role offers a busy environment and opportunities to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist.
• Opera PMS experience is a desirable plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently with accuracy in reservations and billing.
• Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times.
• Handle guest requests and queries in a polite and attentive manner.
• Ensure all front office policies and procedures are followed.
• Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages, and process reservations.
