Job summary

Killashee Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations on their shift and ensure guests experience the highest quality service during their stay. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead front-of-house teams, train colleagues on SOPs, anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage expectations to deliver exceptional experiences.
