Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A teams. You will partner with leaders to shape strategy, build diverse pipelines, and drive data-informed hiring decisions in a high-growth tech environment.

You will influence stake- holders with compelling storytelling of Fin's strategy and goals, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with Fin's values and urgency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A).
• Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
• Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
• Aligned with Fin's values; growth mindset, highly collaborative, work with a sense of urgency and obsess about customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
• Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
• Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advise stakeholders.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
