Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a GTM Recruiter to fuel strategic hiring across our GTM and G&A teams. You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with leadership, and shape our talent strategy to differentiate Fin in a competitive market.

You will build diverse pipelines, leverage data to drive decisions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with cross-functional partners across the organization. This role embraces a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise across GTM and G&A functions with strategic stakeholder collaboration.
• Creative recruiting approach and authentic storytelling to attract talent.
• Data-driven with strong analytics to inform hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influence and advise stakeholders on recruiting approaches, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse, robust pipelines and attract talent through sourcing tactics.
• Attract passive talent through storytelling of company strategy and goals.
• Leverage data to diagnose challenges and drive recruitment solutions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience as a trusted partner.
