Job summary

Klaviyo is hiring an Associate Growth Specialist in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in-office). You will be the first human touchpoint for a large volume of inbound demo requests and free Klaviyo accounts, delivering fast, high-quality interactions to guide customers from first touch to purchase.

You will run consultative demos, perform business discovery, and qualify opportunities to drive new logo acquisition while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German required (written and spoken).
• 6 months+ business development experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Self-starter with strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound demand via phone, email and other channels.
• Run consultative, decision-driven demos with one-call close focus for smaller opportunities.
• Conduct targeted business discovery to understand goals and fit.
• Qualify in or out efficiently to focus on high-potential opportunities.
• Own and manage a high-velocity pipeline to maximize new logo acquisition.
