Job summary
TAHLIA WATERS HR CONSULTING LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader for the lift sector in Ireland, to drive revenue growth by expanding market presence in new build and modernization projects. You will engage developers, consultants and contractors to build a strong project pipeline and lead strategic partnerships with public sector clients.
The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering or business, and proven ability to steer tendering, pricing
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
- Project management or sales strategy qualifications are advantageous.
- 10+ years in business development, sales, or tendering in lift sector.
- Experience leading PM teams and strong industry insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategies for lift market for new builds and modernization.
- Cultivate leads with developers, consultants and contractors.
- Engage public sector clients to shape solutions.
- Strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market dynamics and guide pricing and sales tactics.
- Oversee tendering: prepare, review, and submit bids.
- Lead lift project teams, ensure on-time delivery, budget, safety.
