Job summary

West Assured is seeking a commercially focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth through integrated marketing, campaigns and sales activities in Galway. The role blends creative marketing with digital campaigns, lead generation, CRM management, and direct engagement with prospective customers.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience, a relevant marketing or business qualification, and strong experience with LinkedIn, email marketing and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in sales, marketing or related role.
• A marketing/Business/communications qualification.
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing a B2B sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM familiarity (HubSpot) and digital platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Coordinate annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth.
• Manage brand across digital and traditional channels.
• Create marketing content: social, website, emails, case studies.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships and campaigns.
• Lead generation and campaign management across channels.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM accuracy and reporting.
• Support business development and client outreach initiatives.
