Job summary

West Assured is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth through hands-on sales, marketing, and digital campaigns. You will balance creative marketing activities with lead generation and CRM management, coordinating activity and ensuring opportunities are managed through the sales pipeline.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a qualification in Marketing or related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in sales, marketing or a related role.
• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering marketing and digital campaigns.
• Experience managing a B2B sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience with LinkedIn and digital platforms.
• Strong written communication and content development.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to translate marketing activity into leads and revenue.
