Job summary

MongoDB in Dublin is seeking a Lead, Growth Marketing to set strategy for experimentation across the Self-Serve developer journey with emphasis on monetization and engagement. You will lead a team, coach marketers, and drive customer success while partnering with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Developer Relations in a hybrid Dublin setting.

The role requires deep PLG experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of managing growth programs for a technical B2B audience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS lifecycle and growth marketing experience.
• Product-led growth experience highly desirable (bonus for agent-led growth).
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing marketers.
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a highly technical audience.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success, and Dev Rel.
• Sharp prioritization to distinguish between good ideas and right-now ideas.
• High quality bar and ability to hold others to it constructively.
• Strong data instincts and measurement discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy and roadmap, prioritizing work based on customer journey and business impact.
• Build and manage the experiment pipeline: intake, prioritization, velocity, and evaluation framework.
• Set and enforce the quality bar for campaigns, messaging, and experimentation rigor.
• Coach and develop growth marketers, elevating strategic thinking and execution.
• Serve as primary stakeholder manager for cross-functional teams and align on roadmaps.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape digital experiences for converting and retaining users.
• Review and unblock team campaigns with hands-on feedback, not just sign-off.
• Monitor KPIs and translate performance into a leadership narrative.
• Identify emerging channels and PLG opportunities for investment.
• Represent growth marketing in planning with senior stakeholders.
