Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Lead, Growth Marketing to set the strategic direction for experimentation across the Self-Serve developer journey with emphasis on monetization and engagement. You will lead a team, coach growth marketers, and act as a change agent across Product, Analytics, Data Science, CS, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS lifecycle or growth marketing experience.
• Strong product-led growth expertise and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience coaching and leading marketers.
• Ability to manage a cross-functional team with ambiguity.
