Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager for Growth Marketing to oversee lifecycle strategies that engage developers and drive adoption of MongoDB Atlas. The role emphasizes product-led growth, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid Dublin-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2D or B2B lifecycle and growth marketing experience.
• Product-led growth experience desired.
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a highly technical audience.
• Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across the customer journey.
• Ability to measure results and base decisions on data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to create digital experiences for engaging, retaining, and growing users.
• Define and execute marketing plans with Growth Marketing to deliver measurable campaigns.
• Continuously optimize programs through experiments and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize the user journey, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.
• Brainstorm content for new or repackaged campaigns for our users.
• Analyze product, market, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage new channels to accelerate growth and workload expansion.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives meet revenue objectives.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing to align messaging with product launches.
