Google's Growth Manager, AppDev EMEA LCS (English) role is based in Dublin, Ireland. You will lead growth initiatives for app developers and manage senior client relationships across the EMEA region, driving strategy and revenue with Google's app advertising tools.

You will collaborate with Large Customer Sales teams, translate business needs into tailored solutions, and mentor junior team members to raise the bar on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing app clients. Understand their business goals and unique challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio. Prioritize accounts, address concerns, and measure campaign results effectively.
• Consult with C-level executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's app advertising tools.
• Deliver exceptional client service. Create tailored app marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
• Collaborate with in Large Customer Sales (LCS) stakeholders to achieve common goals.
