Job summary

Google Dublin is seeking a Growth Manager, App Sales (English, Ukrainian/Russian) to grow app install and web advertising business across Ireland. You’ll manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities, and design compelling app marketing solutions with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic account leadership with C-level clients, requires fluent English and Ukrainian or Russian, and offers equity, a 35% bonus target, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian or Russian fluently to support clients in the markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
• Identify and pursue app and web opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness, consulting with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals and utilizing Google's marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
• Contribute to the development of Google's comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products, working and collaborating with a varied set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales organisation as well as cross-functional teams such as GTM, AdMob, Play and gTech.
