Responsibilities

• Lead the New Business Personal Lines team and drive performance across the book.

• Maintain accurate new business forecast and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance at all stages of the renewal and new business processes
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration and drive cross-selling initiatives.
