Job summary

The Ardonagh Group is seeking an Account Executive in the New Business Team for Personal Lines to proactively generate income through our digital sales platform. You will manage calls and queries, support and close sales across Arachas product suite, and use sales strategies to up-sell and cross-sell with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in a brokerage.
• Must comply with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements- APA (Personal General Insurance).
• Willingness to progress to further educational qualifications as required.
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Activity Management: identify opportunities to provide new business income and drive sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: build relationships and address customer queries and quotes.
• Customer Service: maintain professional image and deliver high accuracy and quality.
• Team Collaboration: work with the team to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Compliance: ensure file records meet prescribed standards with the compliance team.
