Qualifications

• 3rd Level qualification in Business / Social Care /Healthcare preferable.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen intently and effectively.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise daily, monthly, and yearly work.
• Ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional manager and your team to achieve monthly growth targets and development objectives.
• Lead a successful and effective team.
• Be very strong interpersonally and drive excellent client relationships.
• Be a dynamic, motivated & driven individual and very focused on achieving targets.
• Drive improved performance of the office across a number of key performance measures.
• Have a good understanding of financial statements and IT.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times.
