You will guide senior-level client conversations, translate business ambitions into data-backed media strategies, and drive expansion opportunities within your account base.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in performance media sales, including leadership, ideally with a self-serve platform.
• Proven track record of leading teams to overachieve and exceed sales targets in advertising.
• Professionalism and a positive demeanour, with a commitment to developing business acumen and client-centricity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies and guide team efforts toward success across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage datasets to drive business growth.
• Deep understanding of Performance Advertisers' market strategies and success measurement tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of client strategists, setting clear goals and creating individual development plans.
• Own the team's revenue targets, managing pipeline with rigour, forecasting accurately, and holding accountability for hitting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Growth Account clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to help businesses scale through Apple's advertising solutions.
• Lead senior-level client conversations, translating business ambitions into data-backed media strategies and proposals.
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the account base, driving incremental revenue growth.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to remove blockers, accelerate deals, and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Apply deep performance advertising expertise and knowledge of the landscape to guide both client strategy and team development.
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends, surfacing actionable insights to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
